Responsibility

  • the Role
  • determine variety and quantity of goods to bake by reviewing production schedule
  • we are looking to recruit a full time baker at our Production Unit in Torpoint to assist with the production of our bread, morning goods and pasties
  • production of pasties, filling and crimping
  • shift start time at approximately 3pm, finish time varies depending on demand, but usually between 10pm and 11pm, 5 days a week, 30 to 40 hours a week
  • we are looking for a skilled and experienced baker, with a passion and talent for bread baking. Ideally you have experience in mixing, moulding, oven work and crimping pasties. On the job training will be provided
  • cool baked goods by removing from oven; placing on cooling racks; removing from pans
  • baker in a small team producing a wide range of traditional and artisan goods
