- property Manager – Battersea
- the successful candidate will be a well-presented Property Management and Lettings specialist with a proven track record in the industry
- the ideal candidate will have good market knowledge of the London area with at least 12 months of property management experience
- retaining the new client base and managing the tenancies / re-lets
- working in their new Battersea office, the successful candidate will have an incredible opportunity to earn a competitive salary
- assisting with tenancy documentation and references; to include progressing all letting files, working directly with the manager
- booking and attending property inspections
- set up new tenancy agreements
Requirements
- at least 12 months previous residential property management
- strong communication skills both written and verbal
- strong IT skills
- ability to work alone at times with efficiency & discipline
- strong attention to detail
- clean driving license
- excellent personal organisational skills
- outstanding customer service skills
