  • carry out quality checks
  • maintain and develop effective working relationships with internal departments to then manage, check and collate information and works instructions being set up and issued for the production teams
  • liaise internally with appropriate departments to facilitate the job works instructions and the Customer Service teams expectations whilst managing internal expectations
  • gain a knowledge of all mailing providers software for printing labels, tickets and gain an understanding of each postal methods processing criteria
