Responsibility
- find clients within the public, third and associated sectors and foster long-term relationships
- follow-up with client prospects and convert prospects into actionable opportunities
- understand client requirements and convert this understanding into a suitable sourcing strategy
- evaluate candidate applications, screening candidates and drawing up shortlists for senior Westco manager and then client interview
- source candidates using our Westco sourcing channels, including advertising and social media
- create relationships with job seekers and provide advice and preparation for interview
- work with our Operations team to finalise contracts and ensure a timely start for our resources
- immaculate record keeping using Workable CRM system
Requirements
- degree educated in a business discipline
- we are looking for a senior Recruitment Consultant who will be integral in helping us grow Westco Works
- recognised qualifications in recruitment
- proven experience within recruitment and ideally for public and third sector clients
- sales, marketing and customer service skills
- outstanding communications skills
- ability to work with targets
- we expect growth to come as a result of exceptional service to our existing clients, and creative/targeted developmental work with prospect ones
