Responsibility
- we are looking for a Chef de Cuisine to join our team and prepare delicious meals for our customers
- chef de Cuisine will be responsible for preparing dishes according to recipes and customer specifications
- prepare food using pre-established recipes and or special requests from the Chef
- we are looking for a Chef de Cuisine who is passionate about food and providing excellent customer service
- clean food preparation areas and maintain sanitation standards to protect customer health and safety
- work with the Chef to create new culinary creations
- maintain product inventory levels
- follow opening and closing procedures for all shifts
Requirements
- previous experience in a high-volume kitchen setting up orders or in a restaurant setting using cashiering software
- knowledge of proper food preparation techniques including chopping, cutting and cooking meat and other large pieces of food
- ability to work well under pressure with advanced job skills no such as time management and multi-tasking
- knowledge of sanitation standards is imperative. Must be able to keep job clean according to company standards
