Requirements
- city & Guilds/HNC level in an engineering discipline
- ideally experienced with vacuum technology but not an absolute requirement
- 3+ year’s relevant experience in a technical service environment
Responsibility
- providing an efficient and high quality service of the customers equipment
- develop long-term relationships with customers
- providing after service support and technical backup as required
- role & Responsibilities We require an experienced Service Engineer to join our small team of engineers based at our company workshop in Yate
- preparing reports for the company Service Administrator
- the role will primarily involve the repair and maintenance of vacuum pumps and vacuum products designed and manufactured by West Technology, for a varied group of customers in the scientific or industrial sector
- the focus of the candidate would be to provide a high quality maintenance and repair service to our customers, primarily but not exclusively in the UK
- attain and exceed regular service targets
