Responsibility

  • responsible for providing a comprehensive generalist HR service to the business
  • managing the day-to-day handling of all social media accounts – Facebook and Instagram
  • creating engaging content across social media platforms to increase our reach
  • develop, launch, and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote Bluebird Care Mid and West Cornwall
  • understanding of the latest HR policies, procedures, and best practice to improve workplace efficiency
  • develop our social media strategy, aligned with company values, objectives, and key messages
  • working with our carers on the ground to tell good news stories
  • monitoring social media trends across the sector to share with the wider team

Requirements

  • HR/Recruitment: 1 year
