  • to assist in managing and motivating the front of house staff, to ensure the smooth running of the bar and kitchen operations with the aim of always offering a first class experience to members, guests and visitors
  • to be aware comply with all hygiene regulations, reporting any failings to the Food & Beverage Manager or Supervisor. This includes self-reporting of illnesses which are incompatible with serving food and beverages
  • to maintain high levels of cleanliness and tidiness within the kitchen and bar service areas, cellar, storeroom and courtyard, ensuring Food Hygiene Regulations are adhered to and correct cellar and Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times
  • to be aware and assist where necessary, in drafting staff weekly staff rotas
  • assist with setting up and organising functions areas, including re-arranging of furniture, tables and chairs in preparation for each individual function. Liaising with Head Chef to ensure catering is delivered in time and of a high standard
