  • A minimum 5 years experience in joinery both in manufacture and on site
  • ability to carry out site surveys and advise the Joinery Manager of all relevant site details
  • enthusiasm to complete projects efficiently and to a very high standard
  • an ability to manage installations, including pre and post installation requirements, making every effort to meet the customer’s expectations
  • clear and positive communication skills between Workshop Manager and Customer
  • maintaining close contact and updates on any issues that may arise
  • high personal standards for punctuality, tidiness and professionalism
