Requirements

  • the drive, passion and perseverance to run a new/start up nursery business
  • at least 10 years experience in early years and at least 2 years in a childcare management role
  • at least 15 years experince in early years and at least 5 years in a childcare management role
  • at least a recognised level 3 Early Years qualification. A degree in Early Years Education will be preferable
  • understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage’s welfare, learning and development requirements
  • excellent communnication skills
  • understanding of child safety practices including paediatric first aid, safeguarding children and food hygiene
  • IT Skills
