Responsibility

  • collaborate with the executive team to align growth objectives with overall business goals
  • use data and personalization to map and capture existing and potential intent
  • oversee the strategy, development, and execution of all growth marketing initiatives related to the app, inclusive of performance channel, lifecycle marketing, organic growth, funnel optimization and more
  • effectively model and measure marketing impact, anticipating trends and events that will present opportunities for growth – and capitalizing on those opportunities

Requirements

  • will be user-obsessed
  • experience with marketing automation tools, customer relationship management systems, and analytics platforms
  • A successful candidate will bring a high degree of digital acumen and a general manager mindset – with a proven track record of 10-xing app growth
  • they will be able to balance data, analytics and performance marketing capabilities with creative to tell compelling stories that activate and motivate new and existing users
  • have a strong interest in wellness and fitness and be committed to helping others maintain healthy lifestyles
  • have 10+ years of experience in building and leading successful performance marketing teams in the B2C space supporting mobile-first products
  • this leader will demonstrate an ability to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and ROI continuously, determining the necessary level of investment to achieve growth and profitability goals, and optimizing the marketing mix to increase customer acquisition, engagement and retention across all channels and platforms
  • this leader will be able to cultivate an environment that supports data-driven decision-making with a bias for action and accountability across the team
