Requirements
- minimum 2 year of experience in the network security operations and engineering field
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- self-motivated and willing to work in an energetic, fast paced team environment
- experience documenting/diagramming workflows, such as Visio
- relevant technical experience with a demonstrated to develop and deliver from POC to enterprise scale
- willingness to work independently in an energetic, fast-paced, business-critical and team oriented-environment
- strong analytical skills and experience developing for cross – team programs with enterprise impact
- A strong team player, with ability to work in collaboration across teams
Responsibility
- act as a champion and trusted advisor for the needs of the business partners
- develop a strong partnership with the delivery team to ensure on time, scalable, and high-quality business solutions
- act as an escalation point person for support issues that require detailed analysis and management
- lead the delivery of high-quality EDG platform solutions, including participating in architecture, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support
- provide regular status reporting and issue tracking
- work with business teams, project managers, and systems analysts to review and qualify business requirements, functional specifications, use-cases, and test plans
- deploy, manage, and troubleshoot various products and tools in network and security field to ensure seamless operations of the global infrastructure
- design and manage the delivery of configuration driven changes in our stack of vendor provided solutions
