Responsibility

  • kitchen Assistant- to include washing up , snack preparation, tea preparation, supporting nursery cook with main meal prep
  • keep the kitchen area clean in line with SSFBB schedule
  • food Allergy Awareness & L2 Food Hygiene is necessary
  • this role needs the ability to cook for the children at Nursery when the main cook is on annual leave - there will be specific diets to provide for & cater for up to 100 + children & babies
  • usual hours - 08:00 to 13:00 Monday to Friday all year round Over time hours when cook on holiday or when housekeeper on holiday
