Responsibility

  • deputy Manager - we are a small care home for young adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities and Trauma related issues
  • our staff are precious to us and we ensure they are valued and well-supported
  • we require full-time hours - 37.5 hours per week but part time would be considered
  • the role will involve supporting and deputising for the Registered Manager
  • we have all worked for larger companies before and wanted to create an atmosphere where the home was truly run for the needs of the residents and not just for profit
  • A driving licence is essential as the home is very busy with lots of activities taking place across the day
  • there will be the opportunity for further training
  • we are seeking a deputy manager who has a minimum of 5 years' experience in working with adults/children who have Autism/Learning Differences and associated difficulties
