Responsibility
- supports the delivery of new solutions to complex problems where precedent may not exist
- identify and drive improvement projects within the team to ensure continued delivery of these
- responsible for initial reporting, processing and closure of Non-Conformances arising from group and management activities
- represents the Quality function at Team Meetings and Management Review Meetings providing written reports and presentations as requested
- control and manage the recording, satisfactory completion and storage / retention of all relevant documentation relating to the operation and work of the business
- assist with the maintenance of documentation and computerised systems including but not limited to records of incoming deliveries, sample testing and test records, specifications, standard operating procedures and policies, supplier monitoring files, laboratory information management and quality management system records
- schedule and conduct internal and external Quality audits and checks, in support of the organisation as well as leading all interactions and inspections by certifying bodies
- undertake any other duties as required, that are within the competence of the post holder and conducive to the effective delivery of the role
