Requirements

  • strong knowledge of wood fired oven and sourdough
  • excellent organizational and time management skills
  • ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • effective communication and leadership skills
  • oversee all aspects of pizza preparation and cooking
  • ensure high-quality presentation and taste of all dishes
