Responsibility
picking correct stock and quantities as per branch order
ensuring all stock picked is in a saleable condition and dated within WH GDP Manual, BPM-DBPM guidelines
ensuring any out of stocks are fully investigated prior to confirming order is complete
packing completed orders into suitable box-containers for safe transit making sure any fragile items are packaged accordingly
delivering stock to branch and prescription medication to customers' homes
undertaking other reasonable duties as requested by the Warehouse Supervisor or Senior
assisting with loading vehicles for despatch ensure all items are loaded onto the correct vehicle and counted as loaded onto vehicle and recorded on relevant paperwork

reconcile bank statements to Sage records monthly, investigating uncleared items promptly
providing and review reports, investigating any variances promptly to allow them to be sent out within agreed timescales, liaising with the Head of Accounts
ensuring monies received from all other services including NHS Income liaising with Pharmacy Support / Head of Accounts, and ensure involvement in the Project Plans
