Responsibility
- the Welding Alloys Group are currently recruiting for a Group Marketing Coordinator
- the role will report directly to the Group Marketing Director
- the job holder will undertake day to day administrative and coordination duties relating to the marketing activity within the Welding Alloys Group
- the job holder will help co-ordinate a wide range of Group wide projects/activities and will work closely with the Group Marketing Director, other members of the marketing teams, external suppliers and other stakeholders
- finance – Assist with supplier invoice processing, purchase orders and queries. Manage Marketing subscription and payments
Requirements
- marketing Degree or recognised Marketing Diploma
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both verbal and written
- project Coordination - Coordination and administration of Marketing projects, campaigns and initiatives
- at least 2 years' experience working within an international business in a marketing role
- initiative, drive, enthusiastic, committed with a flexible personality
- experience of social media, website and intranet management
- excellent planning and organisational skills
- exhibition/conference administration experience
