  • provide sales administration support to all sales teams

  • utilising the energy portal to manage daily tasks, including uploading leads, analysing pricing and recommending appropriate products for customers, generating quotes and contracts
  • take a proactive approach to resolving all in-bound energy customer queries productively and efficiently whilst maintaining full responsibility and accountability for the problem
