Responsibility
- to signpost residents / community members to appropriate partner organisations with specialist knowledge where necessary
- to support volunteers and voluntary groups at Welcome Change
- to support the Community Services Manager and Projects & Operations Director in the day to day running and development of community activities and services based at the variety of locations Welcome Change operates
- to promote choice, wellbeing and the protection of all individuals
- to support, with the Community Services Manager, any residents / community members in need of particular support in areas such as benefits / employability / housing
- to ensure work is undertaken in line with Health and Safety requirements and that risk assessments have been completed
- to represent Welcome Change CIC, if required, by attending various forums and groups in local community to include local neighbourhood meetings and partnership forums
- to promote the equality, diversity, rights and responsibilities of individuals
