you will work on talent projects such as Company Career Path, High Potential Programme, head office Learning and Development as well as our Leadership Education
you will be also be looking after the company succession planning, goal setting and the performance development and taking ownership of our operational training across our business to help increase company customer service metrics across the estate
refreshing and relaunching different training programmes throughout all areas of our operations and hotels business, and work with our Marketing Data teams to best improve programmes resulting in improved customer service metrics
if you’ve not done it before, we do not expect you arrive knowing everything
full training will be given and there will be lots of support right from the start
