Responsibility
- create Plan WSSI’s, plans and manage stock flow in line with business requirements, re forecasting to react to business sales views
- manage future season OTB and effective placement of PO’s reacting to trade and maximising opportunities
- work closely with Finance, Logistics, Marketing and Buying to ensure overall efficient movement of stock through the supply chain to market
- plan seasonal product pricing and promotions which deliver the trading strategy and feed into company calendar
- working Closely with Buying and design, create and update sourcing strategy to deliver the long term business plans
- update and reforecast Category Wssi’s and Line cards, sharing updates with the channel managers to review opportunities
- create product range, sales and buy plans for area of responsibility in conjunction with buying and design teams for all channels. Agree and sign of in line with Financial parameters and budgets
- manage departmental OTB to ensure key lines and NOOS lines are optimised to support trading activity
