  • we have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to join our outstanding Kitchen Brigade for our wonderful modern British restaurant, Convive
  • from our 114 sumptuous bedrooms to our mouth-watering award-winning food and drink and impressive event spaces, every part of Weetwood Hall experience transcends the ordinary
  • if you have a passion for delivering excellence in food production and presentation, you are organized, methodical and able to work to strict deadlines we would like to hear from you
  • you will be required to assist the Head Chef with the smooth running of the kitchen, make sure every dish arrives on time using the best quality ingredients also anticipating and sorting out any problems before they happen
