Responsibility
- our client is looking for an internal recruiter to join their expanding recruitment team, based at their Leeds Support Centre
- preparation of job adverts and role profiles to attract the highest quality of candidates
- identifying and assessing talent pools to fill senior-level and difficult to fill positions; developing "passive" candidates through networking
- generating a high volume, high-quality pipeline of future suitable candidates
- building long-term, successful relationships with Hiring Managers
- support in recruitment initiatives such as Open Days and recruitment campaigns to source the best talent
- proactively identifying candidates by utilising multiple strategies including online databases, job boards, social media and employee referrals, as well as through networking
- ensure timely feedback is provided to all candidates, whatever the outcome
Requirements
- ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with key business partners
- previous recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment either in an internal or commercial environment
- strong attention to detail
- experience of working on recruitment strategies and campaigns
- commercial awareness
- experience of utilising ATS systems, job boards and social media channels to attract and recruit talent
- interpersonal skills e.g., negotiation
- written and verbal communication skills
