Responsibility
- day-to-day responsibility of the project
- management of personnel, plant and materials on site
- management of subcontractors and direct labour workforce
- efficiently reporting back to the Project Manager
- responsible for Health and Safety issues & staff welfare
Requirements
- prior Site management / assistant site management experience
- experience working with a Contractor on small residential development projects
- must have SMSTS, CSCS and 4 Day First Aid up to date
- extensive knowledge of all disciplines involved in the construction process
- excellent management skills
- ability to motivate and develop others
- excellent communication skills at all levels
- ability to liaise with sub-contractors, consultants and direct labour
