- ensure machining set/run times are met and exceeded where possible
- ensuring compliance with safety protocols, industry regulations, and stringent quality control standards
- monitoring equipment maintenance schedules and coordinating necessary repairs or upgrades
- overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and other administrative duties pertinent to the management of the machine shop

- managing team leaders across multiple shifts
Requirements
- previous Machine Shop Supervisory experience is essential
- minimum of 5 years machining experience
- ability to generate a team approach to problem solving and a good communicator, both written and verbal is essential
- computer literate
- CNC Programming: 5 years
