Responsibility
- work closely with customers and Day Webster Limited sales staff to provide support for customer service needs
- this includes answering questions about positions, recruiting new employees, scheduling interviews, and providing advice on hiring practices
- engage with candidates by conducting phone screenings over the phone and scheduling interviews in person
- develop relationships with new candidates by helping them get started in our system. This includes both full-time and part-time responsibilities
- assist new hires with paperwork such as background checks, references, etc. this includes both full-time and part-time responsibilities
- recruit, hire, train, and supervise employees in our Customer Service department. This includes both full-time and part-time positions. We are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude, passion for work, and a desire to grow
- assist new employees with orientation paperwork such as payroll, insurance verification, etc. this includes both full-time and part-time responsibilities
- attend staff meetings at our Loughton office when not recruiting or supervising employees. This includes both full-time and part-time responsibilities
