  • managing the existing Future Talent Programmes
  • creating new Future Talent programmes
  • adjusting the existing Future Talent programmes where necessary
  • organising work experience programmes
  • design & run a rolling high volume student recruitment campaign
  • liaising with partnership companies to coordinate future talent partner programmes
  • organising and attending events with students
  • representing the organisation with companies and students

Requirements

  • DBS clearance and references will be required
  • excellent organisation and interpersonal skills to run the Future Talent Programs
  • must have a degree
  • previous experience in designing and delivering career development workshops
  • preferably the candidate will come from a background in public sector work
  • must have previous experience in training volunteers
  • must be able to travel across the country
  • manage a large workload with problem solving and critical thinking skills
