Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • answering and directing phone calls, taking messages and responding to emails
  • welcoming visitors and ensuring they are signed in and directed appropriately
  • creating and maintaining electronic and paper records, including customer information and invoices
  • assisting with the preparation of quotes, tenders, and proposals for new projects
  • coordinating with the installation team and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • preparing and submitting necessary documentation for compliance with industry regulations and health and safety requirements
  • assisting with payroll, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • maintaining office supplies and inventory

Requirements

  • proven experience as an office administrator or administrative assistant
  • excellent organisational and time management skills
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • experience in basic bookkeeping and financial management
  • attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • understanding of electrical installation industry and related regulations is a plus
  • A positive and proactive attitude
