develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
monitor account performance and provide regular reports to clients

identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients
conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to review account status and discuss how we can help them move forward in their business and marketing objectives
Requirements
proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role in digital marketing
excellent communication and negotiation skills
strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
proficient in PC use including CRM software and other tools
full UK Drivers License
account management: 5 years
B2B sales: 5 years
