Responsibility
carrying out desk-based research using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, sales databases and other sources, to identify target accounts, and reach out
engaging and building relationships with prospects via social networking and messaging, email and calls
working with Sales colleagues to agree on prospect nurturing strategies
sending out relevant content to leads on a campaign or ad-hoc basis
supporting events and other brand and business-building activities
Requirements
you have good experience in using social and other tools to research and identify target accounts and leads
you work in a structured, methodical way and have a proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets
you have first-class communication skills, both written and spoken
you are a proven relationship-builder and have good presentation skills
you are self-motivated and you work well on your own initiative
you are an experienced sales professional with at least 2 years of experience within a B2B technology environment, you are looking to build your career in business development or marketing
in particular, you are an active LinkedIn ‘power user’ – with a proven track record of building your network, sharing content and insights to engage your network, and building relationships
