Responsibility

  • act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for our clients who use Weave GitOps
  • develop an in-depth understanding of clients' Kubernetes infrastructure and application delivery processes
  • continuously monitor and improve clients' GitOps delivery pipelines, keeping them updated on new features, security updates, and best practices
  • provide timely and effective support and escalation services to resolve any issues or challenges that arise with clients' GitOps deployments
  • collaborate with internal teams to gather client feedback and contribute to the enhancement of Weave GitOps products and services
  • collaborate with clients to design and implement GitOps delivery pipeline that aligns with their specific requirements, including cluster architecture, application deployment processes, and security considerations
  • provide expert guidance and support during the deployment process to ensure a smooth and successful launch of Weave GitOps in clients' environments
  • help clients optimise their Weave GitOps deployment for maximum performance and efficiency, including best practices for repository structure, branch management, and other relevant areas

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • strong experience in Kubernetes, containerisation, and related technologies
  • proven experience with GitOps methodologies and tools, preferably with hands-on experience using Weave GitOps
  • solid understanding of software delivery processes, including CI/CD pipelines, testing, and monitoring
  • previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Professional Services
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions
  • self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a team player
