- meeting the needs and support of service users with challenging behaviour
- experience working with youth
- fostering professional relationships with customers/stakeholders
- strives to reach the highest standards in customer service
- previous residential support
- communicates effectively, both verbally and non-verbally
- full valid drivers’ licence with class 1 business insurance
Responsibility
- attend and participate in supervision and staff meetings as required
- always ensure the appropriate staff to service user ratio
- participate in, and complete reports for statutory reviews and meetings concerning the service users
