• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a computer related field with .NET programming experience and database skills
• good knowledge of .NET C# ASP.NET - ideally with commercial experience or have done a project at university
• commercial experience in website and database development in MS SQL VB.NET HTML and JavaScript is advantageous but not essential

Responsibility

• answer in bound phone calls and deal with queries, quotes and orders
• manage data within the CRM, ensuring all communication are logged client records are updated and information is correctly recorded
• liaise with courier companies to ensure smooth delivery of orders
