Responsibility
- we are looking for an experienced telephone-based Customer Support Advisor to assist our installations team in providing outstanding post-sales customer support
- provide first-class customer support by dealing with any queries our customers have in relation to their installation
- offer empathetic support to those customers who have additional needs
- guiding customers throughout the EV charger installation journey, upholding our exceptional levels of service
- reporting to Internal Operations Manager
- working in a fast-paced environment, able to remain calm under pressure and thriving on new challenges and providing excellent service
- review information given by the customers to ensure accuracy
- ensure all communications are thoroughly and efficiently recorded on our internal IT systems
Requirements
- previous telephone-based customer support experience is essential
- exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide patient and compassionate support when dealing with customers with additional needs
- outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to be able to explain technical subjects to customers
- experience in dealing with difficult customers and objection handling
- be able to interpret and understand technical information
- telephone based customer support: 2 years
