- manage the daily operations of the Cafe, ensuring seamless service delivery
- lead and inspire the Cafe Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service
- coordinate food preparation, beverage service, and maintaining high food safety standards
- foster a magical atmosphere from the moment guests step in until their departure
- efficiently manage queues and ensure guest satisfaction
- uphold brand standards, while maintaining cleanliness and safety
- execute Opening and Closing procedures with precision
- contribute to restocking and stock rotation efforts
Requirements
- prior experience in food and beverage roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
- customer-centric mindset with a flair for creating enchanting experiences
- leadership skills that inspire teamwork and initiative
- flexible availability including weekends and weekdays
- supervising experience: 2 years
- food & Beverage: 1 year
- food Preparation: 1 year
