Responsibility

  • design and create visually appealing and user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • collaborate with clients and project managers to gather requirements and understand project goals
  • conduct user research to inform design decisions and improve user experience
  • create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools such as Visio and Adobe Acrobat
  • implement responsive design principles to ensure websites are optimized for various devices
  • perform website maintenance tasks, including updating content, fixing bugs, and optimizing performance
  • collaborate with developers to integrate back-end functionality into websites
  • stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design

Requirements

  • proven experience as a web designer or similar role
  • proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SCSS
  • strong knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • familiarity with front-end frameworks and content management systems
  • experience with user research methodologies and data analysis skills
  • knowledge of MySQL and SQL for database management
  • understanding of SEO principles and best practices
  • excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
