Responsibility

  • handling inbound calls from new and existing customers looking for Motor & Home Insurance
  • identify customers’ needs to provide appropriate optional extras so you can maximise your sales opportunities
  • work within FCA rules
  • helping to resolve any customer queries and enquiries
  • you will be liaising with Insurance companies when necessary

Requirements

  • insurance
  • minimum 12 months Insurance experience
  • friendly, sales-oriented outlook
  • CII Qualification is desirable for role or have a willingness to work towards attaining this qualification
  • excellent communication skills
