you'll motivate and guide care staff in the home activity programme, under the direction of the Home Manager/Social Activities Manager, so that activity opportunities are taken by everyone where possible
you'll promote the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights and fulfilment for residents, and the principles of individuality throughout the activity and exercise programme, ensuring everyone can benefit from the programme in their own way

you'll already have a thorough understanding of the relevant legislation, and be experienced in care planning processes and safe systems for the administration of medication
your ability to deliver person-centred care will shine through, along with your ability to inspire, motivate, and lead others. You'll be an excellent communicator, verbally and in writing
