  • undertake decorating to the home as rooms become empty or as required, and keeping communal areas to WCS standard
  • ensure all new staff are given a tour of the home and informed of the correct fire safety procedure
  • ensure all company equipment is checked for safe operation and stored safely when not using
  • ensure all contractors work to WCS policies and procedures, with Risk Assessment and Method Statement in place prior to commencing any work
