you will not only work with our innovative marketing agency, WCS Agency, but also Cardiff Life, our luxury lifestyle magazine
the New Business Development Manager will spearhead our new business strategy, cultivating a robust new business pipeline
you'll take the lead in the agency’s new business pitch process, securing new clients and managing relationships with key decision-makers
co-creating the agency’s new business strategy and presenting it to the senior leadership team for approval
translating agency objectives into actionable plans; identifying specific sectors and types of work and crafting a strategy for targeting desired clients
representing the agency as the first point of contact for prospective clients
responding to and completing detailed prospective Requests for Information and Requests for Procurement
Requirements
also, having a firm understanding of our competitors and their market position will be an advantage
strong strategic thinking, influencing ability, and relationship management skills are essential, as is a highly collaborative approach
