Working hours
- part-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- running the daily warehouse shift, overseeing the team and managing tasks in line with KPI’s
- maintaining staff rotas and all aspects of team admin - holiday/sickness management, performance reviews etc
- interviewing new staff
- liaising with all departments to ensure a cohesive workflow and company goals are met and service is not affected
- providing feedback to colleagues and other depts re performance and issues affecting service, reputation and customers
- identifying, resolving and escalating any issues affecting the team, its service or its processes
- facilitating daily team meetings, engaging all staff so the team are clear on the expectations of the day and monitoring throughout the day
- ensuring the warehouse is kept to a clean and safe standard in line with H&S regulations
Requirements
- people management and team motivation capability
- strong verbal and written communication skills, including patience and empathy
- strong team building skills - building relationships with internal and external customers enhancing the company’s reputation and working environment
