- watton Hall is a privately owned independent search and selection company specialising in the recruitment of life science professionals globally
- formatting CV’s in a consistent manner to ensure that they are presentable for clients
- supporting the business with marketing activities such as improving the website, advertising and supporting the teams social media output
- support with accounts and payroll
- holiday & sickness management
- weekly KPI reporting
- supporting the managing director with general admin tasks
- researching the current market to find appropriate candidates for live vacancies
Requirements
- strong work ethic including being able and willing to go above and beyond to ensure targets & KPI's are met
- eloquent communicator
- ability to think clearly in a fast paced and busy environment and able to show initiative
- must be highly motivated and able to work autonomously
