Responsibility
- the main duties and responsibilities are as follows but not limited to
- perform planned installation of commercial and domestic gas fired plant and equipment
- perform planned installation of hot and cold water systems
- perform repairs and installation work on mechanical and plumbing systems
- provide out of hours response as deemed necessary
- provide technical support and guidance to clients, acting in a professional manner and promoting Watsons Building Services Ltd
- the Heating and Ventilation Engineer will be responsible for the safe and effective implementation of work in many areas delivering planned service and maintenance, repairs and installations in a variety of buildings including but not limited to Schools, FE and Universities, Leisure, care homes, Fire stations, Police stations, MOD sites, commercial and domestic dwellings
- submit accurate and clear documentation and service report sheets
