Responsibility
- develop relationships with prospective clients to grow the number of enquiries
- prepare estimates and quotations for commercial and residential clients
- follow up on quotations and maintain a close working relationship with all clients
- work closely with the Operations Manager to co-ordinate project delivery
- review tender drawings with the senior estimator and liaise with the client regarding specification, discuss the scope of works, negotiate costings and budgets
Requirements

- quick learner, willing to learn and can adopt new processes
- logical thinker, with good attention to detail
- well organised and can multitask whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
- excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- able to work under pressure to support the requirement of a growing business
