Responsibility

  • responsible for managing the Operational Support and Confirmations email mailboxes, responding to queries in line with SLAs
  • responsible for answering internal and external calls into Operational Support telephone numbers
  • responsible for accurately updating all relevant systems with key information
  • responsible for the personal compliance with the end to end Field Operations processes, policies and procedures
  • responsible for collating all asset information and updating the system after engineer visits
  • responsible for liaising with customers to ensure all engineer attendance and activities are booked in and relevant information is passed on to the engineers to allow the job to be completed successfully
  • responsible for processing all third party agent invoices to ensure the customer are charged for any deliveries and sanitisations
  • responsible for ensuring customers portals are updated daily

  • complete all scheduled activities for service, repair, maintenance and exchange of Bottled Water Coolers
  • ensure scheduled cleaning/repairs are completed daily
  • document all sanitisation activities and report complete jobs via handheld device
  • report any potential failures
  • ensure vehicle is replenished on a weekly basis
  • maintain regular contact with the Hemel Hempstead Service Centre to provide updates on progress and report any issues

  • minimum of 2 years' driving experience
  • minimum of 3 years' driving experience
  • ability to work to a tight schedule
  • demonstrate ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
  • A proven track record of providing strong customer service
