Responsibility
- coordinating all customer service activity for our direct-to-consumer community
- delivering exceptional customer service and answering all enquiries, including order editing and processing order returns
- confidently communicating with members of the public via phone, email and our Shopify live chat portal
- processing our prescription glasses orders
- assisting the dispatch team with quality controlling all stock and preparing items for packing
- joining the team on beach cleans and ghost gear recovery missions
- waterhaul transforms the most harmful and abundant plastics in our ocean into purposeful products built for adventure
- attending events, such as trade shows and partnership launches
Requirements
- great communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and capable of working effectively as part of a small team
- A friendly, positive personality
- excellent organisation and time management skills
- keen attention to detail
- passionate about protecting the marine environment and enjoy being in and around the ocean
- previous customer service experience essential
