Responsibility
- we are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Cleaning Operative who possesses a valid driver's license to join our team
- the successful candidate will be responsible for driving cleaning operations in various settings, including show homes, sales offices, and completion plots
- drive to different locations, including show homes, sales offices, and completion plots, to perform cleaning duties
- ensure all assigned areas are thoroughly cleaned, maintained, and presentable
- follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces in accordance with company protocols
- empty trash cans and dispose of waste in designated areas
- restock cleaning supplies as needed
Requirements
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- strong attention to detail to ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard
- excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines
- good communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- flexibility to start early, work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
