Working hours

Responsibility

  • day to day processing of invoices utilising our CRM platform
  • managing various platforms for ongoing job projects, job costings, expenditure, in & outgoing account figures, company bills
  • raising Invoices
  • checking invoice amounts, VAT calculations and raising invoices
  • keeping log of CIS payments for sub-contractors working for the company
  • credit Control & chasing payments from clients
  • working closely with the Company Director on any ad-hoc accounting & administrative duties
  • to chase agencies for overdue debt and keep aged debt to a minimum

Requirements

  • quickBooks: 2 years
