Responsibility
- operates vehicle in a safe manner in compliance with all UK regulations and company policies
- provides services to customers on assigned route for loading, delivery, and collection of units
- provides minor repairs to units on route and at facility
- ensure all loads are safe prior to commencing route
- complete vehicle checks to ensure vehicle is road worthy
- delivers and removes units to/from customers
- maintains and updates route sheets
- conducts pre-trip/post trip inspections and complete logs
Requirements
- legally eligible to work in the UK
- must be confident towing
- must have at least a valid driver’s license with valid B & E towing
- must not have any license suspensions within the last 2 years
- must successfully complete pre-employment testing
- ability to read and understand a map
- ability to perform physical requirements of the job
- general knowledge of mechanics of trucks
