Responsibility

  • must have previous experience in the waste or recycling industry
  • send prospecting or follow up emails to customers, including relevant product literature, brochures and other marketing campaign materials
  • proven success in Internal Sales roles
  • computer literate with solid experience of CRM software and MS Office
  • proven ability to juggle multiple customer enquiries, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • proactively contact and engage with customers, with the aim to build and maintain strong, long-lasting business relationships/partnerships across the customer network
  • work towards a Strategic Account Plan and review/analyse with Sales Office Manager and Head of Commercial
  • excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
